# Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, here's how it works.

## Returns

Returns are accepted within **30 days** of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email [studio@feromone.studio] with your order number and the reason. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

## Exchanges

Want a different size or colorway? Email us within 30 days — same process. We'll hold the replacement while we wait for the return. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

## Final Sale

Items marked **Final Sale** at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, that's our problem. Email [studio@feromone.studio] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it at no cost to you.

## International Returns

International customers — are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or fees. Use a trackable method. We can't process a refund on a return we don't receive.
